Booking and paying

Booking online reserves the chair for you at that time. You pay in the shop after the service, in cash, Apple Pay, Apple Cash or Zelle. The price shown when you book is the price you pay, unless you ask for something different at the chair.

When you book we save a card through Stripe. Saving a card is not a payment and nothing is taken from it at the time of booking.

Changing or cancelling

You can cancel online using the link on your confirmation, up to 2 hours before your appointment. If you booked less than 2 hours ahead, you have a short window after booking in which you can still cancel online.

After that the link will not cancel it, so please message the shop on WhatsApp or email corneliogroup@gmail.com. If something urgent comes up, tell us as early as you can and we will work it out.

Not arriving

If you neither arrive nor tell us, the saved card is charged a $20 fee. It is charged once, by the barber, after the appointment time has passed.

If a fee is owed and not paid, booking online is blocked until it is settled. If you think a fee was charged in error, email us and we will look at it and refund it if we agree.

In the chair

Please arrive on time, out of respect for whoever is booked after you. Please do not use your phone during the haircut: it moves your head, and it shows in the cut.

Try a haircut

Try a haircut generates previews of how a cut might look on you. They are generated images, not photographs and not a promise: hair behaves like hair, and what is achievable depends on your hair, its length and how it grows. Treat the result as a way to start the conversation with the barber, not as a guarantee.

Your first preview is free with an account. After that a pass costs $1 and gives three more previews. A pass lasts thirty days and its $1 comes off the price of a haircut you book with it.

If a preview fails to generate or the tool does not work for you, email us and we will refund the dollar. No argument.

Prices and opening hours on this site are the live ones and can change. The price you are shown at the moment you book is the one that applies to that appointment.
